Uses up expensive ink quickly.
Product was reasonably priced, easy to set up, and produces good quality printing/copying/scanning. I am a residential user (light use, maybe once weekly, not a business) and the printer seems to go through ink quickly, and the ink is very expensive. You can almost buy a new printer for what a set of high capacity ink cartridges costs, and that is ridiculous.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Printer did not print.
We bought this printer to replace the same model we already had that kept getting a machine error. This new/used printer would not print. It turned on and the paper went through, but no ink made it to the page - got blank pages.. I ran the clean print heads many times. Did not work. Put in brand new ink. Still did not work. Finally had someone do a head clean by removing it an flushing it. Worked a little. Inexpensive wifi capable small business printer.
I purchased this after looking at the printer in the office supply stores. I am very happy. The negative reviews are not understandable to me. The instructions are easy to understand and follow.
