    Ipod is excellent....

This iPod does everything it says in the tin. Excellent sound quality, ease of use, especially for it's size and weight. Best ipod for me...

This is not an original retail iPod

The device I got works great - but it isn't in the original retail boxing which I would of expected. It also comes with a non-apple charging cable. As for the device itself - I assume it is an authentic Apple iPod as it looks high quality but I'm not sure whether it is a reconditioned 'as new' model or one of ones they keep in the Apple store in non-retail boxing which you might have seen if you've ever brought a device to an apple store to be replaced. Either way I'm happy that I have an iPod nano that looks new and works fine.. but I was a bit unhappy that it wasn't in the retail boxing I would of expected and don't understand why it's supplied with a non-apple charger when it's clearly described as being a brand new retail iPod.

  • Worth the investment, time will tell

It arrived in a largish box so I was taken aback that it was so small, I'm iPod illiterate. So I spent quite a lot of time trying to understand how to charge it, load it with music and listen. I've only listened to music so far. Seems the the iPod Nano is different from other iPods, requires some understanding so the others functions may have to wait awhile. The music sound is very much to my liking especially the stereo, when appropriate. Not sure I like the things in my ears; I'll have to persevere. My hearing is no longer as it was way back then so whether sound quality is good I can't comment. Battery life - don't know. Easy to use - different, I'm a PC man trying to catch up with the grand-children, I'm doing my best. I have a feeling though that an iPod is yesterday's gadget.

  • Good service

The nano is good and,as it is a later model than the one Imlost, it has greater compression so it takes twice as much music without any deterioration to sound quality. Deliver was prompt and packaging effective

  • Very good but can't match 5 gen

I had an iPod nano 5 gen for many years before it finally gave up and I bought this one. It still plays the music, is pretty easy to use and appears to be well-built. However, I'm not a big fan of the whole touchscreen business for a device as small as this. Don't get me wrong, it works pretty much as you'd expect but I feel like the older, button-based iPods were more responsive to user input.

  • I love my nano

I love this teeny weeny ipod. Even though so small it can store about 4000 songs. Perfect size for the gym, jogging , walking etc. as it is so small. Then there is the incomparable style of Apple.

  • Compact but with all the basics one needs.

The iPod Nano is small and yet easy to use. Has capacity, great sound and a battery that lasts.

  • Good overall

It has a good volume(with my own £50 headphones) and sound clarity but battery use is not 30 hours, more like 6/7

  • Lightweight and so convenient

These ipods are brilliant, so convenient to put in your pocket and listen to the music etc. It would be nice if they had a clip built into the back like the sixth edition so you can clip it on things , maybe in time.

  • The iPod Nano is dead. Long live the iPod Nano!

I'm an android phone user, always will be. However, before the world was divided into Android or Apple, I had an iPod for music purposes and hence an iTunes account. The iPod has allowed me to be able to keep my music library on iTunes and use it without glitches. This latest, final iPod also has Bluetooth, great for speakers or headphones. I think this is a wonderful product.
