    Electric Pole Chain Saw

I love this thing. Tough getting out of the box but that's because it is packaged so well. Installed the chain and blade in minutes, adjusted chain and readjusted after a couple of branches and now it Cuts like Butter. Pole is Very Easy to adjust not like my other one. And it has metal Teeth just below the chain blade which is very smart, as it keeps the branch from bouncing around. So much fun I ended up cutting our neighbors trees and made enough money to pay for the Saw. Love it!!

  • Most critical review

Good, but limited to use,and it is too heavy.

The pole saw is great for small tree Branches, that are too high to reach ,and palm tree branches ,but it is a little too heavy, and most buyers are older people that cant climb a ladder, too high, also the lock in position is not really secure, make the extension bar Lighter, and the lock in position more solid, and you will get 5 stars.

  • Works great

Just so you know the pole is about 9 feet in length so depending on how tall you are determines it reach . Cuts very well chain came off once, my fault but was easy to put back on. Does not come with chain oil so pick some up beforehand, about 3 dollars a quart.

  • Fabulous tool to have

I would like to say that I very content with this product my story is that I needed to climb a house than have a 30ft ladder extended to a branch of a pecan tree hanging over my home roof so I try gas and being that high and pulling not me so I never or even cut a tree so I decided to purchase 2 in 1 and yup I'm up there tie off ready no pulling and just long extension cord and yup cut it saving me nearly $400 dls and the extension I. Machine I trimmed rest no climb any more power full and light 5 star my review Galveston tx

  • Pleasantly pleased and so grateful to find this saw...

This thing is so much better than the pole saws I have used previously that it is almost ridiculous. It's head shape is brilliant, not hanging up on every little thing. The power is amazing. It has not hesitated at all with the job I used it for today. I was cutting overhanging tree limbs up to 6 inches thick...it ate them like nobodies business. It cut so fast that holding it up to cut was not really wearisome. I used it for nearly two hours, and it is still reasonably sharp; of course keeping the chain sharp is the name of the game, but this machine has all the power necessary to do anything I can imagine cutting.

  • Top heavy, but gets the job done.

Does the job, although it's understandably top-heavy. Unless you have considerable arm strength, maneuvering the saw when the pole is in the extended position can be challenging. Also, the width of the motor housing is such that it's difficult to see the position of the chain in relation to the branch you're cutting. Overall, though, this pole saw is easy to use and a good value.

  • BEST little SAW ever !

Better than a gas powered Saw, least you don't have to pull your guts out to start the thing ! haha it's really good cutting runs really good.. my hubby loves it.. it really reaches out to get the limbs too !

  • Pole saw

Works great!! About 9 feet in length plus how far u can reach holding it up. So about 15 feet in reach. Usually plenty. Otherwise one could stand on step ladder if one needed to get a little higher. Used it hard and held up great. Have a small generator I use to get tree branches that are farther away from power. Might as well make use of my generator. Being one don't trim trees but once a year. No point in spending a lot of money on a pole saw.

  • Excellent value. Buying another soon.

One really important thing here is the stated length of 15' in the listing title is taking you into account, sort of... It extends to about 8 1/2'. I think the full description does mention the real length. But I've owned a few electric pole saws and never seen a 15 footer. That would be too flexible and unwieldy I think. That said, it's very ergonomic and light. I do a ton of tree work every year as a Landscape Contractor. Metal dogs on the saw, easy to change chain, good system to relieve stress on the electric cable. Well thought out design and far superior to the aging Remington electric pole saw it replaced. The corded pole saws are still a better value with their far lower cost, than cordless, but I have a 2200W generator so this saw can go all day. Initially the bar seemed like it would be too small, but in practice this was not the case.

  • High branches

Have a Silver Maple close to house, used Sun Joe to top off branches that could fall on house. Good power, easy chain adjustment, oiler works so far. Reasonably light & maneuverable. Did the trick.
