Braun 9090cc Shaver Review
I've had five Braun shavers over the years all good, but the 9090cc is by far the best electric shaver from Braun yet. I would say that it is the best electric shaver on the market today. My wife thinks it shaves better than a blade. Beautiful design and ergonomic. I somethings don't shave for several days. The 9090 makes short and painless work of a three day tough beard. Almost single pass shaving and no razor burn at all. Battery is now state of the art lithium ion, big plus. Razor cleaner is much improved over the old one. Cleans very quickly and dries with an internal fan. Only Con: trimmer is on the back of the razor and initially was very awkward to use. Had to stop shaving and turn the razor around raise trimmer- you get the picture. But after about a week of use, I use the trimmer without thinking about it. Disappointing
I have always used a Braun shaver, for about 40 years. My series 3 shaver quit, so I was on the hunt for a replacement. I basically, just shopped for a Braun again. I chose the Series 9, because it was the newest, and expectantly one of the best. I just realized they sent the 9095 shaver instead. My disappointment with this shaver, is the hair trimmer. It basically doesn't work! My series 3 shaver was way better! Sorry, Braun, this shaver doesn't compare with my old one!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Closer shave that previous model (Series 7), and closer than any razor. Period. I have been shaving, at times twice daily, for years and tried different devices inclusive an old fashion blade razor (by Solingen), 3-4-5 blades cartridges with respective handles, couple of electric shavers (Phillips and Braun). All were fine, but nothing compares with Braun Series 9 electric shaver. The shave lasts until late PM hours, leaves skin “baby smooth”, radiating and rejuvenating. Yes, it is expensive, but I smile every time I use it, and so does the wifey, when she sees me after daily morning ritual. The skin gets daily massage/gentle scrub that results in visible change: it becomes healthy, shiny with improved elasticity. I rinse the shaver after each use under hot running water, and clean it every day (unless I am traveling) in the wash station (included) using Braun’s cleaning solution. The Best Shaver I Ever Owned
I was tired of always buying the cheapest shaver, so I did my research and decided on this one. I also decided to take a chance on making a major purchase on eBay. The solid return policy with PayPal is what sold me. During the research faze of my purchase, I discovered that I needed to spend a few weeks with the shaver in order to get used to how it shaves. Everything was just as described on the Braun website. It is the most comfortable, closest shave I've ever had with an electric shaver. I don't use blades because my face pretty much hemorrhages when I shave with them. And my other electric shaver made the corners of my mouth bleed when I used it. Not so with my Braun 9090cc! It's really expensive, so I can't say it's a good value for most people. For me, I know exactly where the money went whenever I shave. What used to be a (literal) pain is now a joy. I now look forward to shaving! If you have a few extra bucks to spend (I had to save four months in order to buy it!) and want one of the best electric razors in the world, I'd give this a shot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Another winner from Braun
I had a Braun 790cc but it is about seven years, and time to be replaced. The 9 series is smoother on the skin, provides a closer shave and seems to be more quiet. The trimmer is not very effective on either, but perhaps I need to practice with the new 9 series. Best I've had!
This is the best electric razor I have ever had. I've had Remington, Norelco, Schick, and an old, old Braun. This beats them all hands down. While a little pricey, I think it is worth the cost. Great shaver
I have read the reviews and was hesitant to get it but i did as I have had Braun shavers for 30 years. It is a Great shaver. No pulling after 5 day old beard. Smooth cut .
