With the Focusrite Scarlett Solo, you can record your music anywhere using any instrument. All you have to do is plug the Scarlett Solo right into your Mac or PC using a USB. You can connect your headphones and speakers into the device to get high-quality sound that you can set at just the right level. You can even turn off the lag time between your mic and your headphones with the flick of a switch. The Scarlett Solo features everything you need to record and mix your music, including Ableton Live Lite, Scarlett Plug-In Suite from Focusrite, and Softube Time. This little compact USB audio interface does not need a power supply, so you can toss it in your bag and carry it with you. The scarlet aluminum chassis prevents the device from scratching and keeps it looking new.

    2 input mixer

    This unit has a great look and works as well as it looks. I can plug in my ukulele and microphone and record to my laptop. It came with links to numerous software packages that are also awesome. I love how the halo rings around the input level knobs indicate when you have the volume levels just right or are too high and clipping.

    Great for needle drops!
