good first wheel, good value for performance
good first wheel for me, i read a lot of reviews and this one had some features that i liked - the metal pedals for one - those are nice and give decent response. without spending $500+ for everything, this is a good value over the T150 which a friend has, i like the feel of this better.

Great wheel and features for PS, bad QC.
The factory forgot to put a grommet on the post for the hall sensor behind the steering column. So I fashioned one out a piece of paperclip. I figure that why the item was returned and became liquidated. The issue was the wheel lost its center, but only sometimes... Now that everything is in order, it is a very nice wheel for ps4, even the pedals are pretty easy to get used to. Wish now I had gotten one sooner!

Mean Machine
I did quit a bit of reserch prior to purchasing the T300rs. It is a little on the expensive side for a beginner but was recommened to be the best wheel in it's class in most reviews. The wheel works great but it has taken me a couple weeks to learn the adjustment and find setting that I prefer to use for differant cars and tracks. You will definitely need a good sturdy rig or very stable table/ desk. Or you can forget using this wheel. As righit out of the box, my first impression was that this thig is VIOLENT. (And that was using a sturdy mount) If you are new to sim racing don't expect to take this wheel right out of the box and be competive To be fair, I waited a couple of weeks to give this review. I can now say I love the wheel, having a lot of fun with it during the cold lazy weather. Still learning the wheel, still having some WHAT THE ! moments, while now racing competitively and winning some races. Many units defective/Fire Hazard!! Caution!
I have to say, the wheel is nice when it is not catching fire. I have had 2 units and both were defective. I plugged one of them in straight out of the box and it began to smoke very bad. I could see an electrical short through the air vents, and it literally caught on fire on the inside of the servo base where the motors are.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth the money
It has been several years since I have driven race sims. I still had a old Logitech Momo sitting in the closet. Well it is still sitting there because this Thrustmaster T300 RS hits the sweet spot between cost and utility.

Good starter wheel
