Super accuracy, durably built, easy assembly and usage
The Incra 1000/HD provides the luxury of 180 separate degree settings with the ability to go between, e.g., 45.5 degrees. Assembly was simple and instructions clear. The unit feels hefty to the touch, likely very durable. I made a slight adjustment to square the protractor to the fence using the sawblade and miter slot as a reference. Out of the box, the fence/protractor combination was slightly off at 89.7 degrees. My cuts are super accurate and I find it easy to switch between angle detents. If I had a reservation, it would be the use of an Incra-supplied hex screw driver to extend the fence and slide it against the protractor. If it becomes an issue for me, I'll replace the existing screws with hardware that can be manipulated by fingertips. All in all, a great piece of machinery.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
