Panasonc outlet
This is the fourth product purchased from the Panasonic outlet and each time the item looks and feels brand new despite being refurbished. Packaging is usually original but a bit dog eared but the product and accessories in brand new wrappers or poly bags. Delivery is next day with email updates on tracking. The camera worked straight out of the box once the battery was inserted. Add 30 quid for a class 10 sd card and good to go. Perfectly good for my use with no need for 4K. its good overall
its very easy to use. and when i first opened the package. it seems brand new. although there were part of me felt it could be refurbished. because when i got it out. it was quite dusty in some way. a slight dirt. that doesn't normally happen with new products. i do buy a lot of Panasonic camcorders in the past. like HC w850, HC w580. they both use the same battery. So this one that i got HC v380. it creates different sound when i open it. whether its opened in standby or just switching it on. it creates a very different shutter sound. the previous ones created exactly the same sound. which gave me an impression, could this be a refurbished camcorder. but wrapped neatly to be sold again. the previous ones i've got. HC w850 lasted for 5 years. and HC w580 just 2 year. so now HC v380 i am hoping for the best. hopefully it will last longer than previous ones. if not. i am still a die heart fan of Panasonic camcorders. so don't let me down.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Battery life could be better
I love this camcorder, I have an older heavier Panasonic which is around 15years old and very expensive for the time, this one I needed to go Whale watching and I needed a lightweight one, the images are very clear and as a rubbish photographer (I strive to be better) I am impressed with how steady and clear the images are. Battery life could be better but for the price I am satisfied. The only thing is the aftersales, I asked about the Panasonic charger via email twice, that was not supplied and I am still waiting for a reply. Lightweight with great features

Lightweight esay to use and great qaulity
Buying a refurbished product one can has some doubt, this was spot on in every sense, nice lightweight, clean and looked brand new. The quality is excellent, im no professional but you don't need to be with this camcorder. Its touch screen is good too. The buttons could have been a tad bigger but not a concern really. Very good results and easy to use. Well made camcorder slightly larger than most l have used but for me that’s all to the good as this makes it easier to use.
