So far, I'm loving this Dit Da Jow. I'm currently using for a damaged ankle and this has reduced the swelling and bruising dramatically in just a full 24hrs of usage. As an idea of what I'm using this for, I came off a motorcycle and it landed on my ankle which was unprotected, as you can imagine, quite a knock. When you spray the liniment on, you don't get a warming or tingly sensation, just wet of course. I didn't notice much pain relief, but to be honest, I'm in pain unless I touch or it swells and seeing as this has dramatically brought the swelling down, you could argue that it's still pain relief. If you're after a liniment where you want to feel a warming, burning or tingling sensation, the maybe you don't want this. But it most certainly is helping with my recovery and would recommend it and the reality is, if you're in pain and you don't want to take tablets and want a more natural approach, the money it cost to try this isn't gonna hurt you and if you find it does work for you, then the price is good! The packaging was very nice too and they provide a leaflet with information which is great, even if it does look like a menu from the local Chinese, Im jesting! It full of information which most products don't supply. Maybe when my ankles sorted, I'll use the rest on me hands and go around punching walls or something.

  • Using dit da jow

I bought this as i could no longer find Shaolin Osteopathy Essence. This product has similar properties and so far, seems to be just as good if not better. For a more potent effect, I'm spraying this on, massaging it in and when it starts to dry and leave little rubbings, i add a few drops of a massage oil and massage again. I've been heating the area, after massaging in the liniment, using moxa sticks and it does help a lot.
