These are the best on the market in my opinion having tried the others. They are also easy to use and the wearer can preserve their independence in the toilet. Doubling up at night too. This would appear to be a new product on the market. There is no doubt with it`s grey stripes it looks more up market than the Tena Pants 3 Large but, so far, in terms of the comfort factor I don`t find much difference.
