Just what I needed
I've had it two weeks now and use it every day. It's an excellent machine. Fast, quiet, and producing high-quality print. What's more, it doesn't take up much space. Two things to note: At its first-ever switch-on, it will make a clanking noise. and the lights flash. Do not worry, it only lasts for a minute or so (might seem longer) while it does its preparation, which includes shaking the toner cartridge about. I'm told it might, briefly, go through this routine again from time to time but it hasn't done so yet. Also, if you're on linux, running hplip, you may find that it doesn't become useable straight away as you might expect. If attempts to print a test page result in the printer being stuck in "Rendering completed" or similar, use the command "hp-plugin -i" to download and install the extra software needed. It takes a little while, but at the end you should be able to print a test page. After that, off you go!
