A good starter or backup gun
I bought this airsoft gun to be able to play at times when I can't play paintball. I wanted something decent that wasn't going to break the bank. The Lancer M4 is that gun. The price was decent and it feels solid. It's not all metal but it still feels heavy enough and is solid feeling when you are holding it. It shoots great and with .25 bbs I am getting 372-374 every shot. The battery charged right up and seems to hold when not in use. It easily goes in the stock and helps balance the back of the gun out. The mag snaps in well and easily. The mechanisms all work like expected. I had it lock up once on me but I switched it to auto, took a few shots then switched it back and it was fine. Out of the box it shoots laser straight. I haven't had to adjust the hopup at all. It's a great deal if you are just starting out and aren't sure how into airsoft you will be. It is accurate, has weight and sturdiness you would want. My only knock on it would be the sights. They are pretty much useless and I will probably take them off. I put a front grip on the rail under the barrel and get better accuracy than using the sights. Bad Battery out of the box.
Decoration Rifle Gun build & quality is great, Was very impressed. Metal/Polymer build, seems tough... unfortunately first thing I did is remove the orange cap and voided my warranty then found out the battery doesn't even take a charge. Gun looks good, but cannot recommend Lancer due to shipping a bad battery. 1st impressions and all, This rifle was a waste of $179.

4 star AEG starter rifle
From the perspective of a casual airsoft player but a real gun lover A very high quality replica of an AR15, it has the look and almost the feel but the weight is very close to the real thing. As an airsoft gun it is very satisfactory for the functions it carries out. By itself it can fire on avg 350 fps which is sufficient enough to go though light foliage without much deterrance. As a replica, it has mostly everything that a standard AR would have, adjustable stock, iron sight which flip up, a charging handle with dust cover and a (honestly crude but functional) cosmetic bolt which exposes the adjustible hop up system. Another compliment Id like to add is the quality of polymer used for most of the frame of the gun. It feels sturdy and durable, capable of getting knocked up which is a plus for usablility and security. Even though metal is used sparingly, when it is used, it is appreciated such as the charging handle. For a gun of this caliber and pricepoint, there isnt much to complain. but... The only complaints I have are that some parts of the gun is stiff, for example, I was not able to field strip the gun even with instruction, another thing is that the magazine that came with it was also stiff, but it had loosened up once I kept loading it in. Another thing, a minor but point to mention is that the bolt release and forward assist have no functionality even though they move ever so slightly. It falls in the category of, looks like it does something, but it doesnt. The flip up sights are a nice addition to the gun along with the sight picture. It is a little high however, but another thing is just how stiff it is to pull down and back the tabs to release them. Overall I feel no regret after purchasing this for 120 dollars, heck, I bet you can find it for cheaper online on sites like AirsoftGI or Evike, but where ever your travels may lead you, if you want to have a nice little AR15 while also being able to shoot it without the expensive ammunition, or waking of the neighbors, for a low pricepoint, this is for you. Bad to the bone
Got it today, A day early that's cool, haven't shot it yet charging battery but the way this gun looks & feels I know it is going to be bad I love it,it is just as I hoped it would be & more, perfect wait feels like A real gun if it weren't for the Orange tip you wouldn't be able to tell the deference, can hardly wait for the battery to charge so I can try this bad boy out, going to be great I know it!!! Durable & lightweight.

Great starter gun
It go to me fast given that i live in hawaii item in great condition your basically paying for the internals which are worth more than the gun stock sights shoots deadly accurate and weight of the gun is not to bad i got mines and the butt stock was solid no wobble or play id highly recommend this gun for beginners and even expeirenced players

Where is my gun?
Wish I could write about how good this gun is, fact of the matter is i can't. TraCKing showed that it came into my state twice and has left the state 3 times. I have waited patiently to no avail. Now that I can't get a straight answer on the location of my order, think I will stay away from Ebay for a while. Lots of Bang for your Buck!
Out of all the Airsoft guns that are on the market, this has to be the best starter AEG. Seriously, it comes with everything you need to get started. It is pretty much 1/1 scale of a real M4 Carbine, however it features a mock suppresor intergrated into the barrel. It is very accurate out of the box. Recommend this for anyone getting into airsoft.
