Great product but issue in the first turning on
This is impressive product and very easy to play. I enjoy playing it so much. However, the first time when I turn on the product, there was no sound coming out from the external speakers, then I test it using headset and it works just fine. After than I turn it off and on again but still no sound coming out from both L and R speakers. I finally reset to factory setting mode. After restarting the device, luckily the sound is coming out from both L/R speakers. So, I conclude that this maybe because of the software issue.
