A good alternative to coffee bags and other coffee kit
I like real coffee, and have been using coffee bags when out or camping but find the packaging wrappers feel wasteful - and the cost is quite high. These strainers hold two good teaspoons of ground coffee (they slide sideways, I finally found!) and if you pour the hot water through when filling the cup, it improves the brew. I leave mine in for several minutes and swish it around - comes out strong and tasty. I don't think that the mesh is strong so will be taking care when cleaning.

NEUTRAL!!. I'm underwhelmed by it to be honest. Made of flimsy plastic, which I'm hoping is food safe. It is small in size so it doesn't hold much coffee or tea at all. Awkward to open too thanks to the weird "locking" design of the lid. I will use it, but only until I find a better solution.
