TWO MAJOR FLAWS
I must have read every 'expert' review of this television before I went ahead and bought it. I ignored any negative comments preferring to focus on the remarks about it's 'stunning' picture. Before I list the bad points I am more than happy to accept that the picture is excellent. However all the experts had commented about how much the picture fades when viewing the screen from an angle and boy how it fades. That is not the major problem with this set. Because only one of the reviewers had mentioned this issue I disregarded it - big mistake. The screen is ridiculously reflective. Thanks to my neighbours trees I never get the sun in my lounge but even on what I would consider to be a normal bright day I can clearly see reflections of everything in my garden. I suspect that Samsung and the 'expert' reviewers must have been in darkened rooms when they issued their glowing comments. Not sure if I can live with this fault, I suspect I may have to find an alternative.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
