Great product, brews just the desired cup of coffee when required!
Perfect machine to have during these challenging 'Covid' times, to enjoy the same steaming cup of joe every morning as office, from the comfort of home, with the beans of choice! It has worked flawlessly so far. Since I'm an espresso shot coffee drinker, its pretty easy to use. But when i have to prepare 'milk' based coffee drinks for my family, like cappuchino, there is some effort/time involved in keeping things clean from hygiene point of view, even though the machine supports milk container nozzle rinsing along with coffee nozzle rinsing. But the end result is so amazingly same as that from a coffeeshop, there really hasn't been a need to visit one, since the arrival of this product. Kinds particularly enjoy the frothing milk! Hot water availability all the time is an added advantage. Though the pre-ground coffee option is available, it does choke at times with slight quantity variation, so this feature isn't that practical to use too much. 1 Major fault with otherwise good machine
The machine works OK, but as everyone says the coffee is not HOT enough, it really is a major fault with this otherwise good machine. I have tried everything it says in instructions to increase temperature, nothing makes it hot enough, I have to heat coffee in microwave every time. One of the Few Kitchen Gadgets I Have Replaced
The machine was bought as a replacement for our old De'Longhi which was also a refurbished machine. It had been used daily for many years (more than 10 years) and been brilliant. I was happy to buy refurbished again. This machine makes a great selection of coffees. The coffee is hot. The long coffee function provides a very large coffee so ensure you have a large enough mug. I researched long and hard for a coffee machine as my partner is a coffee fanatic. Absolutely pleased with this product. One thing I would recommend is look around for deals which come around every so often. I got a great deal on here and managed to get this for under £400, the average price for this machine ranges from about £455 but I have seen some websites selling this for over £600! Definitely worth looking around for discounts which come about every so often. In terms of use, the machine is very sleek looking and the functions are easy to use. Bellissimo! Supremely easy to use, makes a wide range of coffees in various strengths, with or without milk in various levels of frothiness. Also serves as a hot water machine. Looks good on the worktop too. Small negatives - fairly big as a unit, though not any bigger than any of it's peers. Makes some noise when grinding, but again, no different to any other. Excellent machine
This is a great machine with a relatively small footprint given its functionality. I don't think it is very easy to use at first and resorted to you tube videos to get more info. Better than I expected
This is a fantastic machine, I have never had a bean to cup machine before, and I have always been a bit skeptical of getting one, however, I do not regret it for one moment. Its easy to use, fairly easy to keep clean, and makes wonderful coffee. My only gripe is the user interface for making drink customisations isnt really intuative, but once you figure it out, it does the job.
