Needs a Canopy
The only reason I rated this item a 4/5 stars was due to the fact it definitely needs some sort of canopy. I have tried using sun visors on my windows, but they just don't shield at all, and my baby has all sorts of sun in his eyes and is in direct sunlight on his skin. I know with a Canopy i can always use a cover as well to shield him. This item is super soft! It's cushy! It's fantastic quality! It's definitely easy to use once you figure out how to adjust the straps on it (most difficult part). The color is awesome - that was honestly just a bonus! The cup holder is nice to put his binky in, until he gets older and would like water. Overall love this product!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality product
Not only did this model get great consumer safety reviews, I was really happy with its quality when it came. I would have liked thicker material, but I don't think it makes it uncomfortable in any way. I like the color and design with the build in cup holder. it was easy to install with latch (granted I'm short so I can crawl in the and out of my car pretty easily to install these car seats. Good car seat
We bought it for our eight month old, because he was getting big, and uncomfortable in an infant car seat. Hi likes this one. He has more room now, it's not as snug. I like that I can easily lift the head rest, as he grows, and shoulder straps move with it, no need to disassemble the whole thing. It buckles up easily as well, so putting my little one in the car, and taking him out is not sweat and tears. That is, I don't sweat, and he doesn't complain. The buckle between his legs seems to be on a short strap, even after I've moved it forward, to accommodate his chubby but. It's still not too tight, but he almost sits on it. It was easy to install, took three minutes. The seat looks sturdy, strong and safe. My boy and I are happy, we will probably buy one more for the other car.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Big and Awesome
Purchased this Car seat because of many referrals and reviews. The overall size of it is kinda big, but even though its large, i now have more room in the car due to the way its designed. We used to use a car seat that had multiple bases, so this one takes time to get used to. The ONLY downfall to it is if your in a hurry and ya wanna bail outta the car with the kid, ya gotta unstrap him/her first and then carry the child. We were used to Taking car seat and all, and leaving the base. Thats my only complaint on it, otherwise its a GREAT car seat. Cup holder is nice for toys, Lots and LOTS of room for the baby, many options for sizing and height. I had read a bunch of reviews regarding the way its fastened into car? Something about the Built in strap downs were tough to operate? Not sure what that was about, i had absolutely ZERO issues.. Mighta been user error. We've had ti about a month now, and ive personally got no issues with it. Wasn't Cheap, but lets face it folks, ya get what ya pay for. Safety of a child is NOT something to skimp on. GREAT BABY CAR SEAT FROM INFANT TO OLDER
I got this to have on hand for those times I needed to get my grandson. He LOVES it! Much better than the infant car seat they have. He can move around but is safe and sound. Sure it's bigger than the infant seat but it is built for babies from 5 to 65 pounds which is a savings in my book. Oh and the bottle holder is his favorite. Very safe and comfortable!
