Brilliant machine & brilliant service
Excellent service & delivery but more importantly, what a fantastic bean to cup machine. I’ve read other reviews but can’t understand why they are so negative. If the instructions are followed the brew is perfect. All I can think is that people think they know better and don’t need to follow directions. WHAT I HAVE FOUND - when frothing milk, you only need 1/3 of a cup (or better still a proper milk jug) of milk, insert the wand and keep moving around the cup. Don’t stop at first sign of froth, keep going until the tone changes, then stop and leave to rest until you have brewed the coffee for a cappuccino or decant into another cup for a latte. If cups are warmed first the temperature is fine - it isn’t red hot, it is at a drinkable temp. If you are a coffee expert you should know you don’t brew with boiling water otherwise you burn the coffee and make it bitter. It has taken a while to get all the settings right for individual tastes and one of the main things is getting your bean choice correct, with so many different origins and roasts available just with one bean type and then you get the blends ! I suggest any one starting out with a cup to bean machine to watch you tube videos on Barista training, not particularly to see the fancy designs on top but how they brew the coffee and team and lade the milk.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
