Extremely bitter and not fresh
There are many brands of matcha to choose from. Maybe I got an older bag but this one was extremely bitter and old tasting that turned my stomach. Just FYI to those interested in Uvernal's matcha powder - the powder is yellowish-green, not vibrant green. The powder is also really bitter, indicative of either old age or lack of L-Theanine polyphenols. Not recommended. 👎
