Works great. Accurate directions and easy operation. I would rate it a 5 but I was disappointed it won’t figure your mileage when you add fuel. I wouldn’t buy any other one. It does okay.
Its better than using your phone GPS. My phone would frequently cut out when I needed it most and cause me to miss a turn. It also is good at routing you for trucking routes though its not always accurate. The 1st day I used it, it took me to Holly street on San Carlos blvd in CA right off the freeway. That was a no truck street. It is also frequently wrong on speed limits. Sometimes it tries to route me on longer routes like it doesnt know theres a street there and it isnt even a no truck street. I have read many reviews and it seem like everyone has issues of some sort with all the GPS units. None are perfect but, like I said, its better than your phone. And this one seems better than some of the nightmare reviews I read about the Rand McNally. Ive had this one a week and so far it has been very useful and functionally reliable. I havent figured out all the features yet and Im sure it would help to download the manual and read it but I dont really have time. This one also has a feature that lets you switch to car mode in case you want to use it in a car. So far this GPS does what I need it to so I would recommend it to others if you can get a good deal on it. If you get one, you'll have to plug it into a computer for a few hours to download the maps. I gave 3 stars because of the errors but to be fair, Im a local high population multi-city driver so maybe its asking to much for 100% accuracy here. Big ol screen an easy to use

It's been a great GPS overall. I'd say every 50 destinations it might be off half a block, pay attention professional driver! Maybe twice in 6 months it told me to turn down a no trucks road. Another time it thought a through road I needed to take was not okay for trucks. Running regional to multiple different locations every day, that's really not a huge issue. Just pay attention.
