Great product for the $ ... but it is made to last about 6 months.
This is a great product with a good design. Version 2.0 is much better than 1.0. I would never buy 1.0 again. For 60$, I will continue to buy these. I use it for 5 minutes a day. The down side is 2 things. First, after a month or so of usage, it gives off a black soot for use & will damage carpet. I recommend putting a towel underneath & cleaning after every 3rd use. Second is that its cheaply made. You're buying the design, not because its skillfully made. Overall, good value, but im on my 3rd one. I bought for 60$ & for that price it keeps my abs shredded. Needs softer knee pads.l
It hurts your knees. I still use it. But for heavier people memory foam would probably be much better. Think about it. All your weight is on your knees. Bigger people also suffer from knee pain anyway. So I hope they come up with a better design for that part. I would definitely buy them to replace the ones I currently have. not just for abs
i'm a fitness nut and i wanted to try this product because there are times that i just don't want to leave my house. needed something that will work more mainly on my obliques and thighs because those are my problem areas. I was a bit skeptical however i could return if not satisfied. well, let me tell you, this actually work the lower abs, which is fantastic, the backside of my inner thighs, also fantastic, and believe it or not, it's a super great workout for your triceps. my tri's was so sore the next day. i loved it. downside, i don't feel the obliques much and i don't feel the outer thighs. but i'm still happy with it. iVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Will the AB Circle alone give you that desired six-pack look? No. A good-looking abdominal area is achieved by a combination of smart eating habits, full-body workouts and cardiovascular conditioning. However, I rate this product high for one reason: it will at least get you going in the right direction. Any type of conditioning is better than sitting on the couch, and once you get going you will learn that there are several different approaches to training your abs, and the best idea is to try different things. Works entire stomach area
Its true to the phrase on there, treadmill for your abs. You can perform multiple work outs. I played around on it and I could use my whole left side of my abs, the machine lets you control where you want to work on, but thats a perk to finding what you can do on it. Im a beginner, still flab, and I love it. Easy. I havnt used the workout vids yet, and this doesnt come with the computer.. Kind of bummed about that but its whatever. This machine is not light!
I was surprise to see a huge box when it arrived. Assembling the machine was easy, but my knees hurt so bad using it, so I took a pair of disposable diapers from my grandson and my knees didn't hurt anymore. It makes a lot of noise though, but I use it downstairs when everyone is asleep upstairs. I don't know how long this will last... I'm hoping it'll last me years even if I use it about 5-6 times a week.
