Surprisingly excellent sound from a small and inexpensive unit.
I used to have Marshall stacks for my guitar but ages ago I bought a Boss GT10 and realised that big amps were unnecessary as the GT10 will impersonate them all (don't listen to the dinosaurs who can't give up their big and heavy amps). However something was needed for live work and so I tried these, the results are excellent. Of course some 'know it alls' will shake their heads and say they know better but many years ago, just before he died, Alexis Korner did a tour and he used a battery powered Pignose amp miked to the PA and a Kay shotgun guitar. We thought he'd lost his mind until he played and sounded fantastic; then we thought about the thousands of pounds worth of gear that had bankrupted us.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
