The unit was not engineered well, The catch for both the trash and juice moves a lot because they are not connected to the machine
The Juicing process works OK, but there is an enormous amount of vibration and movement of the catch vessel for both the juice and the trash. Cleaning is not all that easy either but not as bad as the juicing. Just got my Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro and love it. We have made apple juice. Pear juice. Carrot juice and even kale juice goes down easier than trying to eat a bunch of kale.
