Gazelle Glider
I love the Gazelle Glider. It is easy to use and easy on the body and doesnt tire you out like a treadmill does. Several different ways you can use it, thats what I like about it. Not what I thought I was getting according to the description of thevproduct

Great easy Gazelle Machine.
I like the Gazelle Edge. It's a great workout gliding machine. I like the fitness computer display, because it reads my speed, calories and distance pretty accurately. The only little flub is that the gazelle edge don't have wheels where you can easily wheel the Gazelle around. It folds really easily. My workout DVD has a flaw, because the disk has a few scratches on it, and it doesn't play in my DVD player. overall I like the gazelle Edge a lot, and I got a great deal on it..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I'm a 'fast' walker, and this checks all MY boxes !
this is my SECOND one.. have one at home, REALLY wanted to get one for our SMALL (vacation) condo, so took the measurements, pulled out the tape measure at the condo, ordered it and it fits just perfectly ! The Best Workout Ever!
I am a devoted Gazzell user. In the past 5 months I have dropped almost 40 pounds and I lost 6 inches off of my waist. I am type 2 diabetic my A1C was 20.8 in February it ia now 5.9. I am on medication on I eat low carb and low sugar but my workouts have been critical to my overall success. I run 40 minutes 6 days a week. I feel better than I have in many years. The Gazzell gives me a complete workout in 40 minutes. I hate going to the gym this allows me to workout at home and then I can start my day. I know people who go to the gym for hours, I just don't have the time for that. I love my morning workouts and once I'm dome I'm ready for the day. Effective and Fun, fun, fun.....
Excellent machine to exercise multiple areas of the body. Lean forward for abs, back for core, and use a cross country skiing motion for arms and legs. The forward motion is excellent for the upper arms. I was going to put this away in a back area, but it needs to be front and center to get the best use and value. Perfect for RV
I live and work from an RV . This unit folds up skinny and is a little confusing to put together , I Bought because I have no place to walk. This does no hurt my joints which are pretty bad. At first I only could do a few minutes on it then had to stop, it did not take to long before I could do about 15, 20 min. You will get sore as with any exercise your not used to doing. This machine is very low impact if any, It feels like walking but it puts the pressure in the legs then when you start to get used to it you can start to adjust what part or parts of your body you want to use the most. It does come with a video and it gives you and Idea of what you can do as you get used to it. I think if I tried to do all of it at once I would not be able to move. Exercise is FUN !!!
Love love love this glider. Buying was easy, shipping fast and quality is good. My daughter put it together for me as I am disabled and have major back, neck, and knee issues. I am able to use the glider without any added pain, it's fantastic. You can go the speed you want, slow or fast, and still get a good workout. I love to walk, but I couldn't go far as the pain in my back would increase. I do not have that problem on the glider. I highly recommend this to people who are disabled but can't get around due to pain in back and legs, but don't want to become a lump on the sofa. It gets you moving again and you can go your own pace and you do start feeling better mentally and physically. Even if you're not disabled this is an awesome product. easy to get a good workout, by varying the way I grab the bars or hold in a different position I can target different muscles. I put on music and it is easy to do a 30 min workout before you know it.
