Be aware that fitting the inlet valve in some cisterns may be really tight and there needs to be enough gap for the float to operate without rubbing on the cistern wall so it may not be a direct replacement. Also the sealing ring between the pan and cistern is not supplied and will need to be bought separately if replacing. Good instructions and easy to fit. Make sure you get a blanking plug if you take the old overflow pipe out before you start as it's not in the kit. There are only a £1 so not really an issue although it would be nice if it was included in the kit as standard. Easy to fit, does the job
I had a leaky toilet last year and paid a plumber to come round and fix it. Then I had another toilet start leaking and said plumber was busy, so I bought this kit, the same as he had fitted to the other loo, and fitted it myself.
