Gerbing G5 Hybrid Heated Gloves - Very Warm
Pros: They are extremely warm even without being turned on. Warm once turned on. Craftsmanship is excellent; it's definitely a well-made piece of equipment. Comes with all the hardware to heat up [not the controller though] Can be powered by both the motorcycle's battery as well as Gerbing's battery pack (that's why they are called hybrid) Cons: The controller does not come with it and costs $50 extra. Battery packs are sold separately - along with the mono controller, it costs an additional $150 (two batteries, charger, and mono controller) Sizing is a bit difficult to pull off. There is a learning curve - you must get used to the thickness of the palm leather. These are gauntlets, so depending on the size of your jacket, you can tuck the sleeves in. I have even considered wearing them on a cold, winter day because they are somewhat fashionable. I'll definitely recommend it for anyone who's considering getting cold-weather gear.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Maybe The Best Gloves On The Market
I've owned a few heated gloves... these are without doubt the best I've owned. They are leather, meaning you have some degree of protection in a crash. They are relatively thin, they're not really thin but much better than something like a ski glove. Heat is even and warms quickly. Can’t beat lifetime warranty either. I love them. I wear them for winter atv riding and so far heated grips are not needed. Just the gloves on low and they last for more than 3 hrs. If needed I can always use the supplied wiring and connect to the atvs battery. However this has not been needed.

Tested with 26 watts at 12v!
Gloves are great. Tested at 11.3ohms and 26watts usage. 1.1amp or so per glove. So they are pretty warm. Single heated element in palm area double on the back. I use them with 12v source only not some weak 7v battery pack which i guess is optional.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
