    Slight feed problem.

    Feeding 35mm negatives through has to be the opposite direction to that indicated otherwise the film catches. Negative not held very flat, but that does not seem to affect the image quality. Otherwise works fine.

    Not bad VFM. If negs are curved over time the centre of pictures are distorted or brown. Overall quick and easy solution for simple tasks with above average results.

    I am very pleased with this scanner

    having a good tidy up of my garage and I found about 45 years worth of slides from my career with the RAF and so I needed to get them on my computer so I bought the Kenro film scanner after setting it up which is quite easy and studying the sequence to press the buttons we were on the way my computer is win 10 which did not connect with the scanner but no problem, I scanned to an SD card and then fed that into the computer the screen on the scanner though a bit small is enough for you to identify the picture and the finished results 40 year old slides are almost as clear as the day they were taken 'as best I can remember' and I have just scanned some reverse colour negative slides 45 years old and they have come out remarkable well and I am very pleased with this purchase.And I am surprised how well the slides have kept their colour quality all this time.

    Very pleased with the results using this scanner .it does depend on the negative age and quality.some older negatives have deteriorated but still give reasonable scans which can be modified in photoshop to give good prints..overall I recommend this product

    Kenro Scanner: Functions could be greater

    Accompanying manual was lacking in some areas, It would be helpful if the image showing on the included display could be seen on the computer screen via the USB cable link and would be in a larger format.

    Most excellent bit of kit

    Allows me to scan transparencys (slides) and 110 film for printing, getting the negs in can be 'fiddley' but I don't care as its fun to use, and to see the neg as a full colour image is brilliant, really glad I've got it :-)

    Poor quality on slide scans

    Easy enough to set up but the quality of the scan on slides was very poor - out of focus & inaccurate colours. I tried various combinations of settings but quality was still poor. Also the time taken to scan 1 slide was considerable, so be prepared for some long sessions.
