These work well. They make you feel full so you don't snack. Have lost inches using this in las two weeks. Howeve after using for a couple of weeks became lightheaded and felt a little sick which is apparently a side effect.

I read all the reviews which sounded good none of them told you it gave you really bad wind and probably the reason you loose weight is because you are constantly on the toilet with bad tummy! So had to stop taking.
