Good product but care required in use
The product is good but instructions could be better or that is my excuse for pushing the link top plate too far on and damaging an 'O' ring. Care must be taken and check carefully as you go. Worked ok, it's cheap, not for repeated use though.
This tool allowed me to fit my own chain and sprocket kit without having to buy the expensive DID tool (which I would buy if I was doing these often) It was a bit fiddly to use and did start to bend, it's not easy to access when fully riveted even when you follow instructions and video but main thing it did the job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bought to rivet chain on my Aprilia Falco. Easy 10min job. The tool comes blister packed on a card with easy to follow instructions on the back. Only works with hollow type pins on master link. You need a large open end spanner to hold the backplate whilst tightening the two allen bolts on the front. I used a big adjustable spanner which did the trick.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
