  • Nice EDC Blade!

My Kershaw Link arrived nicely sharpened from Kershaw. All I had to do was do a little stropping and my blade now slices cleanly through thin regigster receipt paper. $40 shipped for a nicely designed, USA made folder? Are you kidding me?!? The 440HC used for the blade is by no means a super steel like Elmax or S35VN, but I am having no issues at all with edge retention.I use it daily at work cutting shrink wrap off pallets, cutting cardboard, etc.. and it's holding up just fine.

  • Kershaw "Needs Work" Knife

I've owned 5. Unfortunately they don't produce them anymore or I'd own many more. It's essentially a durable razorblade and I typically use it for cutting down boxes at work. I've never seen a more effective knife for this particular type of use. As far as general pocket knife, it's fantastic in every aspect except for stabbing. Also, I broke the tip off of my first one because I was trying to get through a thick zip-tie with the blade all the way at the tip. The end is relatively thin, so it's use is limited to that of an exacto knife.

  • A great quality knife with an excellent price

For the money Kershaw Knives can't be beat. This knife came razor sharp and ready for action. The Flipper action to open this phenomenal on the fastest knives I have. Secondary of course is incredible anodized blue handle and Black Blade what's your both phenomenal. For the money you can't beat the quality of a Kershaw knife on recommend getting one or several you can never have too many knives.

  • Excellent EDC Knife

The Kershaw Link is a really well designed knife. It fits a larger han comfortably while still being usable by those with smaller hands. The fit and finish is on par with more expensive knives and with the addition of different colored models makes it attractive to just about any one. I picked up two, one in gray and one blue both with stonewashed finished blades. Bot came razor sharp in the box. I'm so happy with the link I may order more!

  • Another functional beauty from Kershaw!! -1 star due to weight a bit high for such a compact knife.

I use Kershaw exclusively and chose to add this to my collection due to the Blue handle and blackwashed blade (the Blackwash against the Blue is simply beautiful). This is another home run by Kershaw and although some may question the blade being 420HC, rest assured Kershaw's 420HC is neck and neck vs the Sandvik in my opinion. The assisted opening mechanism is a bit stiff, however the item is brand new and unused so a little gun oil is all that is needed to get the opening mechanism "broke in". I also purchased the Kershaw Blur with the same color Blue handle about a month ago, and the Link seems to be a bit more heavy even though it is a more compact knife which I'd assume is due to the aluminum handle. Although the weight difference is nominal on paper, it will take some getting used to as this is easily the heaviest EDC in my collection (Rainbow Chive, SS Framelock Scallion with custom titanium blue screws, Blur blue model AND the Link blue model). Although I prefer a framelock, I do have to say Kershaw has a top notch liner lock in their knives and the Link's linerlock is no exception, VERY well made, sturdy and ZERO blade play when locked. This is another home run from Kershaw and a great addition to my collection. Although, I'm not sure this will overtake my blue Blur as my EDC simply because of the prior mentioned weight and the Blur, simply put, is a BLUR.....one of the best made and most widely used EDC knives on the market!! The Link is still a superb knife and will get plenty of use and even though it may not matter to some, I will say that this particular model is by far the best looking knife in my collection, followed fairly close by the soon to be rare Rainbow Chive that is ONLY used for collection purposes. Overall, the Link is a great setup and the looks are second to none on this model, although for the same cost I'd still rank the Blur higher, only by a small amount and only due to the weight of the Link (keep in mind this is only my personal perception and the weight of the Link may feel perfect to others). Purchased from SupremeSolution and must say they have the best deal, service and delivery on this particular model and if you're looking to pick one up I would highly recommend buying from SupremeSolutions!!

  • Good low cost USA made knife

Great knife for the money. It is a quality lower cost USA made knife. I would definitely purchase again. The only thing I did was put some grip tape on it as I found the handle too smooth for my liking.

  • Best Or Bust Folder 4 The Money!?

A tad heavy if you wear dress pants but what a great assisted-opening all-purpose made-in-America knife for a good price. Update: (surprisingly) soft steel has not kept an edge well at all cutting only a little packaging, cellophane, and string.

  • Blue Link

The Kershaw Link is better than I imagined. Blade is thinner than I was expecting and to me think is a very good thing. Purchased because knife looked great in blue and black blade. Looks even better in person. Seems like it is going to be an wonderful slicer! Super excited to try it out.
