Poor layout and design of book make recipes a pain to follow
I was disappointed in this book particularly the layout and design. The index or contents is divided into five sections - The Basics, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter - not helpful when you are looking for a specific recipe. The print is small and fairly indistinct and the instructions set out in lengthy paragraphs, all printed on shiny paper.
