Heavy but well built
I was looking for a good quality drill for making holes in masonry. Having researched several units The Titan worked out to be equal to the best reasonably priced drills on the market. I decided on the TTB278SDS as it had the higher size motor. The unit I purchased was a refurbished one which suited my needs. This drill came with instructions on how to use the settings, drills and accessories which all appear to be perfect for the drill. It is easy to use. It works well and does exactly what it should. If I have any criticism it would be that the unit itself is heavy and the steady handle is a must to hold it in place while in use. This handle although movable through 360 degrees is not situated in a position that is comfortable to hold for extended periods. The drill itself is extremely well made, solid and more than capable of doing the work it is designed for. I had few other drills before, some of them very expensive. It’s not worth to spend hundred of pounds just to owe a branded tool, they all do the same job and they all fail at a moment in time.
