Nice kit, shame about the packers.
Rather frustrating that the construction instructions were not included in the pack, so I had to request them. Also, none of the illustrations on e-bay or even in the instructions, show that there are stairs up to the belfry, so prior to receiving the kit and then later receiving the instructions, I went to the expense of buying a spiral staircase, which I needn't have done. Although there are written instruction on how to construct the staircase, there's no illustration of how they're supposed to look in situ, which I find is always helpful. I've bought from this company before and on that occasion, they left out 2 component parts which I had to chase up. All very annoying, un-professional and time-wasting. I think a little more attention to detail needs to be applied to the final compilation of the kits, particularly as they aren't cheap - you'd expect to get what you've paid for first time.
