Perfect replacement
Took my 2008 Ford S-Max to my local garage to replace the headlight. It turned out the headlight was OK, but the 'ignitor' had failed. Ordered this 5DV009000-00 module online at the advice of my garage (who gave me the code number off the original/faulty ignitor) as it would cost about £120 for them to get one. Module arrived very quickly. Took it to my local garage who fitted it with no problems. Everything working great, and saved myself a fortune. Excellent service/result all round.
