Brand New and works perfectly
Item was received within 3 days of purchase and was brand new in an unopened box. Set up was simple and took less than 5 minutes and easily worked with my current Vivint system. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to add cameras to their Vivint system and be able to use the Vivint app.

Works okay
I bought 2. One had to be returned due to no sound. The picture isn't wonderful but it's fine for what I do, which is watch my dogs when I am not home. If you want a crisp clear picture, don't get the ping camera. I like it because it was 2-way sound. The Vivint cameras without the sound have a much better picture.
