Did not identify problem with motherboard
The motherboard as delivered showed no physical damage except a 'loose' Northbridge heatsink, which was re-attached. After installation, the motherboard proved to have an intermittent 'fault'. The only way to introduce reliability was to ensure the PC in which it was installed was 'shutdown' using the 'sleep' function, not the 'shutdown' function. The motherboard then performed 'well'. with any updates being installed and enabled using the 'restart' function. Needless to say someone with less knowledge of PC construction/operation would have been challenged with this problem.
