Great for men...?
These arch supporting insoles do support my arches but inspite of being able to cut them down to size I wonder if they are made for bigger feet (possibly men’s). The reason being that the shape of the supporting section is a bit too high for my foot and there is not much cushioning there so that the support feels too “fierce”. Also, my foot is obviously higher in the shoe so the shoes don’t stay on as well. I will still use them but I am not desperate to. Orthotics
I tried the Insoles in my every day shoes and wore them for about two hours and my feet were terrible, I called into my Chiropodist to ask him to check them, he said they were fine good condition but I should only where them for a few minutes say 15 mins each day and increase the time each day, since then I have them in my wellingtons(as I do a lot of outside work and they have been fine in those. I am now just trying some heel orthotics in my normal shoes because the full one in these shoes are not good for me. But the quality is superb and of course value for money.
