used to be prescription only!
I used prescription differin gel(when it cost ALOT more!) back in the late 1990's from a dermatologist and it was kindof harsh on my skin, especially during winter but now that they have the wash and moisturizer to keep acne from forming it is great, and no blackheads they are gone. I have tried proactiv but I am allergic to benzo peroxide and it made my skin worse... This differin is always sold out at stores so I am glad I can find it on here, even if it costs a little more it saves the hassle fo going to the store and not finding it. Its a really great product and the only thing is it takes a couple of weeks to eliminate all the acne and get your skin in balance. I have had a co2 laser peel and my skin is super sensitive...works well with sensitive skin.....thank you differin for making a great product

I like it but.......
I really like to use it because it helped with my acne but left acne scars behind. And these scars are pretty visible! That's the only complain I have otherwise it's a great product.

So effective and inexpensive
Very effective for adult acne. My doctor prescribed an acne cream for me a while back that was too expensive – so I looked for an OTC alternative. This is not only inexpensive but it works just as good as the samples of the expensive cream my doctor gave me. And the more you use it, the better it works.
