More moisturizing and less drying than the original formulation or any of the alternative.
I used Differin a couple of times when a prescription was needed but it dried me out, made my skin peel, and made my skin very sensitive. This formulation is obviously not as potent, which makes it more suitable for me. Accutane is very effective but also very expensive... and it doesn't come without its side effects. Treats hormonal acne
The real deal, does what it says. I recommend to start gredually though. This used to be on perscription for a reason, I have used retinol befor but this is in another league. If you suffer from hormonal (menstrual or stress-related) acne give this a shot. Stick through the purge, nothing good ever comes for free. I purged with cysts and after they went away they stayed away. This product efficiently surfaced everything that was lying latent under my skin, and got rid of it. It was like a massive detox. Where have you been all my life??

Works, but slowly
I have suffered from adult acne for many years. I have tried every product available over the counter and at my age, my doctor did not want to give me antibiotics.
