Cheap and servicable but does not fold very small
The product is the quality you would expect for the price and on that basis, seems basically sound. The image shows that the the footrest assembly swings out to aid access and removes to storey in a vehicle The delivered item does not have this facility, rather the footrest bracket is a welded part of the main frame and only the footrest itself lifts up - it means you need a large vehicle boot to store. See the other coloured images on the website to notice the difference. The wheels came as spoked as specified in the ad rather than the plastic ones in the image and are much superior to plastic ones. However, they were out of true (over 3 mm). As a cyclist of many years who can build spoked wheels it took me some minutes to put them right with a spoke key. Even then, one tyre was not truly circular and I could not get it to run perfectly. Many people would not even notice this! I guess all the cheaper wheelchairs will have these drawbacks and you must decide if they are critical for you. This was bought for a terminally ill neighbour and now it is 'sorted' will serve its purpose for the few months he has left at a much lower cost than one with removal footrests.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Only one fault with an otherwise extremely good value lightweight wheelchair. The foot rests protrude too far down and make lifting over door sills or kerbs annoyingly difficult. Great bit of kit for short trips
I got this for my dad, he has all but lost his ability or walk unaided and was feeling confined to the house. With this my family are able to take him out and about. It is very easy to push and for trips of up to an hour or slightly longer he is comfortable, the breaks hold very well and the way it folds is very easy to store.
