Bought this to help track my training. It has a decent layout allowing you to track 12 exercises & 5 sets per session. Plenty. It also has the duration, cardio and reminders for drinks/shakes too. There isn't anywhere specific to record your weight & measurements but I'll just use the back of the pages as I go. Only other thing I'd say the pages could've been a bit thicker as these may rip out easily but we'll see.
I use double pages for deadlifts, bench, squat, etc. Helps me keep track of progress and PBS. If the cover was thicker and it could come with coloured tabs for certain excercises that would be great! Love it
