Prompt service and delivery and willingness to assist
I decided after looking around for a keggerator of some sort that this is the option to follow. Very excited to test it out i got home and got all set up to test it out. Very easy to follow instructions and in no time i had my precooled keg in the machine connected to the Co2. I found at first i was battling to pour my first pint. After inspecting where i could have gone wrong i noticed that the little Co2 tube had a kink in it and was blocking the flow. Being a friday night and also not being able to remove the Co2 cylinder/bomb for safety reasons i managed to make a quick fix plan the enjoy my keg. This is a minor issue now as Hifi tower has ordered my replacement tube at no cost to me to replace when the Co2 runs out. Anybody interested in a simple way of enjoying and ice cold pint in the comfort of your own home alone or with mates i suggest this the way to go. The 1 thing i do wish was included by the manufacturers would be the little tool to remove the plastic bung from the kegs with ease. Other then that the machine does appeal to me as a complete package made with precision. Go get it boys. Cheers to many cold 1's.
