High end bag but cheap hardware
This is a wonderfully spacious and well constructed bag. However one major drawback is that my clasp broke and Thule does not seem to have replacement spare parts for backpacks. The clasp piece broke from the backpack tipping over on the floor. That's right. Not a fall from any significant hieght. It fell over on the floor and hit the hard wood.
