Pretty impressive for an old windows phone
For a relatively old phone and a defunct operating system this is pretty impressive for £15. I bought it as a cheap phone for local SIM when travelling. As it turns out it can do pretty much everything my S8 can do, just feels a bit dated. Phone, music, news, email, photos, books all fine. My only gripes are the kindle app clearly hasn't been updated for ages (it works, just very clunky) and can't figure out how to see photos on an old SD card I had - but that could be the card. The hard back is quite protective of the whole frame, and it comes off so battery can be changed. The screen was a bit scratched but not very noticeable when in use. The phone is quality, just a shame apps & service support has been axed!
Brilliant phone & I really do like the design & the windows OS. It feels natural as a windows 10 user on deskops & the fact you can link it to your windows to share info & so forth. It runs pretty snappy & is rather responsive. However... Due to the fact that all the popular services like youtube, whatsapp & alike no longer support the phone & the availability of apps from ms store is virtually non existent. And this is even if you're able to connect to Microsoft to sign in with your email to be able to use MS Store. Come mid 2020, those services just seem to fail to load. It's not the phone, because you can sign in with other emails like google & so forth. It's just Microsoft has either blocked, or it has a bug they can't be bothered to fix, that prevents the phone from connecting to use their service. So, if you want to buy a phone for texting/calling only that looks better than a 90's brick, sure well worth the money. However if you expect to use apps & make it your mobile pc, then they're far better Android alternatives for similar prices.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good value phone
This phone is great value for money. Battery life is excellent, camera is very good, the screen is good for the money it cost. Microsoft OS is very intuitive. Its alritght
The phone arrived quite quickly and it does the job. It says new on the website but the seal of the package I received was broken, so I assume it wasn't really brand new. Another strange thing is, it has got the Afrikaans as default key board. After inspecting the package little more carefully, I discovered this particular model was marketed for South Africa. Great Phone
This wastoreplace my other Windows phone Nokia Lumia 625 as I smashed the screen. Windows phones are so easy to move and to transfer from old phone as well as connect and use windows from computer. The size isn't too big which many are these days. Arrived in as new condition although it is a second hand. The battery life isn't great if you use it a lot during the day for 4G or internet or phone calls but the fast charge battery charger does what is says. It is very fast. This phone is incredible value - it feels really well made - it is virtually bomb proof - great screen - great camera - micro sd card compatible - 64 gb for just £15 .... AND Windows 10 so reliable easy to use and completely compatible with my laptop et al. Clear screen and with windows 8.1 update 2 it is a pleasant and very adequate solution. Plenty of apps available and a feature rich system. The non scratch gorilla glass is a big plus. It updates easily and smoothly to windows 10 and i found out that it is also an easy roll back if you are not happy with win 10. I found the touch screen a bit iffy with 10 and wasnt happy with app changes. Windows device recovery tool is a free tool from msoft which makes the rollback a breeze.
