This is a useful set but the bands are actually shorter than I expected. I thought the measurement was the radius and by cutting them in half my wife
This is a useful set but the bands are actually shorter than I expected. I thought the measurement was the radius and by cutting them in half my wife would have a nice long strip. However the measurements is the circumference so it’s not worth cutting them. As shorter bands they are useful for a different set of exercises so still pleased with them.
