Great Lego set!
This Lego Elves set comes with two minidolls - Farran and Naida, a green baby dragon and a mouse. Great little build, has moving elements - you can "mine" a heart crystal with a pickaxe and trigger a minecart slide by knocking over a tree. And the mouse has a mousehole - with a bed! :D I recommend this set - it doesn't talk down to girls, it's high quality and fun, just as can be expected from Lego. I can truly say that even though I was not fond of the minidoll look to start with, both Friends and Elves sets are great, good solid builds with interesting pieces and colours and plenty of play value.

Building for the future?
These Lego sets are as timeless now, with our grandchildren, as they were when I was a child. They will never lose their appeal, and they are much more specific than they used to be. I still get immense satisfaction from constructing the sets and, I can now 'assist' the younger generation in their efforts. I hope they, nor myself, never tire of their unique pleasure giving ability.
