Dr. Michael Glass (David Morrissey), a respected London criminal psychiatrist, is brought in by Scotland Yard detective Roy Washburn (David Thewlis) to perform a psychiatric evaluation of crime novelist Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone), following the death of a sports star in her presence.
