Sounds great, plus a couple gripes
This combo has great sound, and I appreciate that it doesn't have any bright forward facing lights as I experienced on an LG soundbar that I had tried and returned. While it's difficult to get a truly immersive sound experience without rear speakers, this set manages to sound full without the feel of sound being too concentrated in one spot. The extra center speakers in particular helped with dialog where I had found that a 3.1.2 system sounded very concentrated on the one center channel speaker. This also seemed to help with off angle viewers who were lacking a bit depth to their experience. Now, I do have a couple gripes about this unit. One is that it's covered in fabric which attracts dust and the hair from my cats that like to stride across it. I'm afraid at some point it could get roughed up a bit and end up looking poorly. Second, it doesn't turn on immediately with the ARC on my 2019 Samsung Q7DR. Through Samsung support I was able to allow some level of control, but it requires first waiting for the TV to realize that there's no signal coming from that HDMI port and offer the option to power on the bar. This adds several seconds to the startup process and is needless friction.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great sound limited mounting options
Great sound, Alexa volume to loud as it's based on TV volume and can blast you out and I have found mo way to fix it. Firmware updater I can't get to work. Sometimes tv goes on but no sound and you have to turn off and on soundbar. I would guess a firmware update may fix this bit it won't start and I have not tried manual method with USB key. Mounting brackets to basic as they would put soundbar under tv blocking upward firing speakers on my install. Best value for top tier soundbars
Secretly the best sound bar money can buy. It sounds as good as the Sonia arc (I took mine back after testing this) because it comes with a bass and the Sonos arc’s bass is separate and double the cost. Now I’m sure the bass of the Sonos arc is better, but you can’t beat this value.
