    Book very informative as lots of things explained in the first chapters, eg different spices and their impact on our health. Also how varying our vegetable diet can also have a positive outcome. All explained in a simple yet informative format. Don't have to purchase a lot of expensive products to make the meals but changing to eating veg for breakfast will take some getting used to. Thought it was all veg recipes but the few meat ones can easily be subtituited.

    This book is easy to understand has easy to follow recipes and it’s so easy to prepare these delicious meals. For a long time I’ve been saying ‘you are what you eat’ and at last there is a book that concurs. I think relevant health professionals should take this on board and encourage people to eat this way.
