Keeps the condensation away
I have 2 of these on the dashboard of my not quite watertight convertible, which is currently being stored outside for a while. During and after the rain, I noticed condensation building up on the windscreen, however since I have put these in there hasn’t been a hint of condensation. Don't Microwave it
Absorbs moisture as expected but the instructions say to put it in the microwave for five minutes to recharge it. On the second time in the microwave the bag melted, when I opened the door, balls of silica gel crystals all over the place. Efficiently stops windscreen fogging inside
I have a solar panel battery maintainer. During the really cold weather, I didn’t drive my car and didn’t realise that thick ice had formed on the inside and outside of my windscreen. When I went to use my car again I had to put a towel across my dashboard to catch the large amount of ice. My battery had not been charged as not enough light got through to the solar panel. I immediately ordered these dehumidifier bags. I placed 2 on my dashboard. The car windscreen has remained dry and I don’t need to wipe the inside anymore. INEFECTIVE.

Very disappointed
